The Basalt Bottle Vase is a speckled brown stoneware clay vase with a matte black glaze and slightly metallic finish. Due to the handmade nature of this vase, expect variations in shape and color. Made by Gina DeSantis Ceramics, based in Ohio.

Gina DeSantis (she/her) has been working in clay for over 24 years. In 2013 she made the leap to full time artist and educator. After the pandemic Gina closed her classroom and began to focus solely on the role of artist.

The Product & Process:
Gina’s studio is located in the Lake Erie Building (known as the Screw Factory Artists thanks to its history as a former screw manufacturer and established as the Templar Auto Plant). She works with her talented team to create high end ceramic vessels for the home and table.
